Producing & development
Advancing creative projects through planning, partners, and collaborative execution.
At the intersection of story, culture, and possibility.
Joshua Kirshbaum brings a producer’s curiosity and a strategist’s eye to the work of building entertainment ventures. Across cultural projects, creative partnerships, and international initiatives, his focus is on turning ambitious ideas into structures that can last.
THE STORY SO FAR
“A story deserves more than an audience. It deserves the people, partnerships, and infrastructure to go further.”
Joshua’s path to entertainment is deliberately unconventional. His early work moved between independent production, community arts, international development, and conflict mediation. Through it all, one question kept returning: what happens when the right people come together around a powerful idea?
Today, as a co-founder of Impact Ventures International and a producer associated with Entertainment in Orbit, Joshua connects creative teams with strategic relationships, commercial thinking, and long-term development. His work spans entertainment, intellectual property, business development, and partnerships involving producers, entrepreneurs, and private capital. Rather than treating a production as a single opening night or release, he is interested in the wider life of a story: how it develops, reaches an audience, and creates opportunities beyond its first format.
